The planned service
Built for the people
behind the music.
CueChat will serve DJs who want to manage audience conversations on their own Instagram professional accounts. Each DJ will authorize their account and choose which automations to enable.
Send the requested link.
When someone comments a chosen keyword, send a permitted private reply with the requested mix, release, event or press-kit link.
Handle the familiar questions.
Configure replies to incoming DMs about music, upcoming shows and booking enquiries, with the option to pause automation and take over personally.
How clients will use CueChat

Intended use of Platform Data
Data with a
specific purpose.
CueChat will use information provided through Meta’s Instagram services to deliver the features each client authorizes. Access will be limited to the permissions needed for those features.
- Connected account information
- Account identifiers, username and relevant professional profile information will identify the client’s account and associate it with their CueChat settings.
- Posts and comments
- Relevant post information, comments and comment identifiers will allow clients to select posts, detect configured keywords and send the appropriate public or private reply.
- Messages and conversations
- Incoming messages, participant identifiers and conversation timing will be used to match reply rules, deliver permitted responses and support human takeover.
- Authorization and automation records
- Authorization credentials, configured rules and delivery records will support account access, reliable operation and troubleshooting on the client’s behalf.
This is a description of planned data use, not a complete CueChat privacy policy. A service-specific privacy policy, retention terms and data-deletion instructions will be published before account connections are made available.
Responsible automation
Designed around
permission and control.
The intended integration will use Meta’s official Instagram services and operate within the permissions, messaging windows and limits applicable to each feature.
- Automations will respond to qualifying comments and incoming messages.
- Message eligibility checks will govern private replies and follow-up messages.
- Clients will be able to stop automation and respond personally.
- Public availability will depend on the required access approvals.
